Class  Offerings

In addition to conducting residency classes and workshops, Thérèse maintains a private studio practice in Washington County, Maryland. She offers aerial dance training to individual clients and group classes in modern dance. The goal is to provide experiences that soothe the spirit and nurture the body in an environment filled with challenge and devoid of judgment. Participants are invited to relax, stretch, sweat, think, roll, fly, and laugh--and to return home lighter, stronger, and more energized.
